Walk 30 meters with a 20kg kettlebell in one hand.

  • Grab a kettlebell (start with 16kg-24kg)

  • Hold one in each hand

  • Walk for 30-60 seconds

  • Rest, pick them up again, repeat

  • Do it 3-5 times. That's it.
