Your gut wants rhythm and respect

Most people don’t eat badly —
They just eat chaotically.

We underestimate how much timing matters.

Here’s a simple framework I started using:

🧠 The 3-Zone Gut Rule:

  1. Zone 1 (Mornings):
    Hydrate. Salt. Protein. → This tells your adrenal system: “You're safe. You’re stable.”

  2. Zone 2 (Midday):
    Biggest meal. Digestion is strongest. Add cooked carbs here if you eat them.

  3. Zone 3 (Evening):
    Smaller, calming foods. Avoid stacking inputs. You’re not fueling — you’re closing the loop.

Bonus rule:
→ Never stack food on stress. Breathe before you eat. Chew like your energy depends on it — because it does.
